Awareness Boost Program

Put your business in the hockey community’s daily routine.

Hockey sponsorship. Clear scope. No mandatory sales call.

Why sponsor

Be relevant to the people who live the game.

Show your brand alongside the games, schedules and standings that keep a hockey community connected.

Players have reasons to return to league information. A useful local service or hockey product belongs in that context when the audience can use it and the next step is clear.

Build a focused sponsorship campaign around a relevant audience, clear placements, one useful offer and reporting that shows the advertising activity we can measure.

Start with a defined UAHL campaign. Broader opportunities depend on participating leagues and confirmed inventory. Audience fit is the starting point, not a promise of reach or sales.

Four campaign paths

Same focus. A scope that fits your business.

These are ways to scope a campaign, not priced tiers. Select the fit, then confirm the property, creative, availability and terms in writing.

Local business

For the businesses around the rink.

Serve the selected league's geography with one relevant service, offer or contact destination. Define the participating property and agreed placements around the customers your business can actually serve.

Online / brand

For hockey products that travel.

For retailers and brands able to serve the selected audience's shipping market. Feature one product or offer with one approved destination. A custom hockey stick offer, for example, can lead directly to its product page.

Multi-league

A broader campaign, individually scoped.

Explore specifically identified participating leagues. Each requires confirmed permission, available inventory and measurement. A UAHL campaign does not automatically include other leagues using SetpointOS.

Partner offers

Relevant value, agreed together.

An agreed exchange of offers, promotion or recognition. Contributions and rights are defined individually. Referral compensation, if any, is agreed separately.

What is included

One offer. One destination. Agreed in writing.

Selected website placements run in shared rotation with other campaigns. The written scope defines what your campaign includes, rather than assuming every available position is yours.

Property & audience
The participating property, intended audience and service or shipping market.
Message & destination
One useful offer, clear sponsor identification and one approved destination.
Placements & rotation
Included website positions, availability and shared rotation arrangements.
Creative & approval
The production allowance, supplied artwork, approval process and revisions.
Live period & reporting
The campaign period, delivery verification and reporting schedule.
Commercial terms
Price, currency, payment, renewal and cancellation terms in writing.

Proposed starter creative allowance

1 offer, 1 destination and 1 creative concept adapted to 5:1, 16:9, 1:1, 3:4, with 1 consolidated revision. This allowance remains subject to the final written proposal.

Social posts, email/SMS, articles, video production, paid media spend and exclusivity are included only when explicitly agreed.

Placement examples

Your offer, alongside the hockey.

The candidate UAHL footprint includes Home, Games and Standings banners and sidebars, plus public landing-page top and middle banners. These are candidate positions, not reserved inventory or a guaranteed share of voice. Final scope confirms availability and shared rotation.

Measurement & reporting

Know what ran. Know what was measured.

After the first 30 actual live days, receive a report of native ad impressions and clicks, with CTR calculated from the same reporting period.

CTR = clicks ÷ impressions × 100. Both values must cover the same actual live period and the same included placements. If impressions are zero, CTR is not available.

Impressions are not unique people. Clicks are not purchases. These numbers describe measured advertising activity, not total audience size or sales.

Sponsor-logo clicks and referral visits describe the same response metric and must not be added together. Where measured separately, that response is labeled separately from native ad clicks and its coverage is stated.

Where period filters are unavailable, a period result requires recorded starting and ending counters. Coverage gaps and unavailable measurements are disclosed rather than estimated.

Purchase tracking is currently unavailable. Signup attribution is excluded while its accuracy is being resolved. No sales or return-on-ad-spend guarantee is made.

How launch works

From a useful offer to verified delivery.

  1. 01

    Agree scope and terms

Confirm the property, placements, rotation, audience fit and commercial terms. A requested start date is not a confirmed reservation.

  2. 02

    Supply authorized artwork

Send artwork you have permission to use, offer details, the destination URL and any service or shipping restrictions.

  3. 03

    Approve creative

Review the message, sponsor identification, adapted formats and destination before anything runs.

  4. 04

    Verify delivery

Check configuration, measurement baseline and actual live delivery. The campaign's live period begins with verified delivery, not the inquiry date.

  5. 05

    Review reporting

Receive a report after the first 30 actual live days, then discuss next steps against the agreed renewal terms.

FAQs

A few things to know before you start.

What does it cost, and in which currency?

Pricing and currency are confirmed in the written proposal alongside the exact scope, seller, payment and billing terms. There is no approved public package or checkout on this page. Request your campaign details before committing.

Can a campaign run monthly?

Rolling monthly campaigns depend on the renewal and cancellation terms you agree in writing. No automatic renewal, minimum term or cancellation window is implied here.

When can we start?

Start dates depend on inventory, authorized assets, approvals and launch readiness. The actual live period starts only when delivery is verified. A preferred date is a request, not a reservation.

Will we receive member contact lists?

No. This is sponsorship and advertising, not access to private member information. Member contact lists and private member-data access are not included.

Can we reach more than one league?

Potentially, but only across specifically confirmed participating leagues. Permission, available placements and measurement must be confirmed for each. Other SetpointOS leagues are not automatically included.

Are social posts, email or video included?

Only when explicitly agreed. Social posts, email/SMS, articles, video production, paid media spend and exclusivity are separately scoped, not assumed parts of a website campaign.

Are purchases or sales guaranteed?

No. Neither exposure levels nor sales, purchases or return on ad spend are guaranteed. Native ad impressions and clicks describe advertising activity. Purchase tracking is currently unavailable, and signup attribution is excluded while its accuracy is being resolved.

Is this a U-Charities fundraiser?

No. Commercial advertising and charitable fundraising are separate. This offer does not identify U-Charities as the commercial seller or payment recipient, and it makes no claim that sponsorship payments fund charitable beneficiaries.

Do I need a sales call?

No mandatory sales call is required. Ask questions by email, or reply in the conversation that brought you here. We can confirm scope, artwork and commercial details in writing.
